What's required to apply?
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer/keyboarding experience (35 wpm or better).
  • A clean criminal record.
If I meet the requirements, what do I need to do?
You must fill out an application on the Ingham County Human Resources website.
  Look for the 911 Dispatcher posting.  Remember to include your resume and cover letter when you apply.

What happens after I apply?
If you meet the requirements, you will be notified by email of the next testing opportunity.  Testing is run every month.
